Hi everyone. I am planning a trip to the Keys in September after I pick up my new 18 Evo that is currently in the mold at PM. I need some help picking out the best, most detailed navigation chip for the Florida Keys/south Fla area. The Keys can be tricky. And, I don't need to add any new "stripes" to the hull while on vacation. The gps unit is a Garmin 741xs. I have looked at the G2 chips. Is there anything better out there? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Primary rule for the Keys....Blue water = Deep,  Brown Water = Maybe Not.  If you are in an Evo you should not have any issues as long as you play it safe.
