rub rail is now installed...looks surprising good almost like someone who knew what they were doing did the work.  the rail that panga marine sold me has a small lip at the bottom that keeps the rail perfectly aligned, with some 3m 4000, #8 x 3/4 screws the rail is finally done.

I have come to the conclusion that I am incapable of estimating ANYTHING boating related accurately. 

Maybe I was dropped on my head as a child and that portion of my brain was damaged. 

My new completion date is: 

Prior to 2016!

I installed 5 Accon pop up cleats, fuel fill and fuel overflow today.

Accon pop up anchor line chock, stern light and 10 rod holders next weekend. 

Getting closer and closer...every so slowly.
